RWEA aims to facilitate and support efforts that will enable human beings to be more integrated, and removed from constraints of physical borders, by enabling them to access opportunities in global education, employment, cultural exchange and immigration
Vision
RWEA management understand and recognize the fact that the fulfilment of our Mission and Goals cannot be achieved without a passionate and committed staff, our international partners and clients. The organization further recognizes that it must foster a professional and client focused culture that inspire confidence, integrity and teamwork, and attracts admiration and trust from the communities that we operate from. The following set of values have been developed to guide the organization in its interactions with the wider public.
